Does anyone know where one could take sushi making classes? It doesn't have to be limited to Salem, we'd drive as far as Portland.
ReplyDeleteSur La Table in downtown Portland has a sushi class coming up in April. I've taken two classes there and it was good and educational.
ReplyDeleteI'd also make a call to Carl's Cuisine here in downtown Salem to see if they know local classes.
Good idea on calling Carl's Cuisine(number above).
ReplyDeleteAlso, did a quick search and I found a culinary studio in Lincoln City.
Did anyone else go to the show at the Gov Cup last night? Wow!
