    9:oo a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday
    Saturdays in the summer - At the Salem Saturday Market then open at the library Nov. 1st.
    The Queen of Tarts Bakery & Cafe offers an array of barista coffee drinks and hand baked goods throughout the day as well as a delectable menu of sandwiches, salads, and soups all made from scratch daily. The Queen of Tarts Bakery & Cafe is owned and operated by Jamie Schulte/baker. Call 503-589-4500 for inquiries regarding daily menus and available catering services. Here is a link to their menu.   6. Yes, we've used 399dine.com a few times. They are fast and friendly, although the website needs some help. It's nice to have something other than pizza delivered to your door. Try 'em!
