The Queen of Tarts Bakery & Cafe offers an array of barista coffee drinks and hand baked goods throughout the day as well as a delectable menu of sandwiches, salads, and soups all made from scratch daily. Yes, we've used 399dine.com a few times. They are fast and friendly, although the website needs some help. It's nice to have something other than pizza delivered to your door. Try 'em!
